Please note tracking parcels for rural addresses can only be done as far as to your local rural contractor and a delivery signature may not be required by them, delivery is therefore at the customers own risk.

Simple, we will send you a confirmation email the day your order has departed our store, in most cases this will be the same day you place your order if we receive it by 2pm (weekdays). The email will include tracking information so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress.

Our dispatch facility is located in Christchurch, target delivery times are:
North Island: 2 days. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only.
South Island: 1 – 2 days. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only.
Cut off for same day dispatch is 2pm.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed on Monday.
Rural (RD) addresses: Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery

Definitely not, we guarantee all stock sent out has good shelf life remaining. Only exception is if we have expired stock on clearance special, these products will be clearly stated/identified as being expired, or soon to expire stock.

Of course given that we deal in the forefront of science, WADA policies do change occasionally to keep an even playing field. These changes in WADA policies will sometimes cause one or more of our products to be non-compliant.
